this better than your last work,so good work to you,now for Cnc, border just spoil your tag it need to be removed,glow effect on text just no no no xD it also spoil your tag,love the flow,need more lighting,overall sig need focal (darken the edge mostly at right side),you blend render well *clap clap clap*,try using topaz clean for better detail and watch out when using it, topaz clean can give your tag bad detail too,i think you should stick with 2 or 3 color when making tag but i prefer 2 color for you,keep practice to become better mate
