The cyborg effects need more integration with the render. But,no is easy. I think this style is very difficult.

I don't really like the effect on her hand.If you used some pentool around the effect it would look alot better.I like the backgroud,it's epic and everything else but on the face it seems like her face is cracking.Also just a suggestion but you had to make some evil eyes in the glasses.
